Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you'll need to provide any equipment and materials needed for the chores (like irons, detergents, cloths, vacuum cleaners, etc.). Since our helpers focus on household chores rather than deep cleaning, they'll use your household items and supplies.
Absolutely! Just let us know 24 hours in advance and we'll pause your visits while you're away. No charges for skipped visits. However, if you don't pause and some visits are missed (because you weren't available), those visits cannot be carried over to the next month.
We will try to match you with the same helper each time, but we cannot guarantee it.
We want you to love your DoMyChore experience! If there's ever an issue, we'll work with you to find a better match at no extra cost.
All our helpers are local residents who go through background checks and reference verification. We also provide insurance coverage for peace of mind.
